Skinny Scarf

To Begin: With the easyloop® tool threaded with a double strand of yarn A and a double strand of yarn B (for a total of 4 strands of yarn held together) create a slip knot (1 inch in size) 8 inches from yarn end.

Chain (Make 3): Using a total of 4 strands of yarn (2 strands of color A and 2 strands of color B held together as one) chain 200 plus 1 stitch (or make chain 65 inches in length).

Finishing: Cut yarn, leaving 8 inches of length and pull end to tighten.

Fringe: Attach fringe to each end of the 3 chains. Cut the following pieces of yarn: six 7″ long strands of yarn A (dark orange) and six 7″ long strands of yarn B (light orange). Hold together one strand each of yarn A and yarn B and fold in half. Insert the folded yarn strands through the last stitch on each end of the finished chain, and pull the cut end of the yarn strands through the folded loop. Pull the yarn ends to tighten using a traditional fringe-attaching method. Do this 6 times for each end of the 3 chains. Trim the fringed ends evenly to 6 inches in length. ♦

Styling: The chains have a natural spiral and can be worn as a scarf by holding them together as one and draping with a loose tie.
